Shrimp and plantain chips appetizer


  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 medium-sized onion finely minced
  • 1 ripe tomato finely minced
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 pound of precooked shrimp
  • 2 packages of Turbana plantain chips
  • Cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Mash the avocados with a fork, add the onion, the tomato, the cilantro, the lemon, salt and pepper to taste. Sauté the shrimp in the olive oil and then add salt and pepper to taste. Finally, on each plantain chip, put a little of the avocado mixture and one or two shrimp on the top.
