Guacamole Caribe


  • 2 cups of traditional guacamole
  • 2 Hass avocados
  • 1/2 red onion minced
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 5 slices of bacon
  • The juice of one lemon
  • Cilantro minced
  • Turbana plantain chips
  • Pineapple


Bake the bacon until crisp, then cut it into small squares and set aside. Cut the pineapple into small pieces and grill them side by side in a frying pan. Roast the jalapeño adding a little bit of olive oil over it, then remove the skin and cut into small squares. In a bowl, add the avocado, the guacamole, the onion, the cilantro, the lemon juice, the jalapeño, the pineapple and, finally, the bacon. Mash the avocados and mix them with the rest of the ingredients. Season with salt to taste and serve with Turbana plantain chips.
